With over 20 years of experience in the private service industry, Jenny combines her extensive background in estate management and domestic staffing to expertly evaluate the unique needs of each household, implementing tailored strategies, protocols and procedures that ensure the seamless management of luxury homes and lifestyles.
A native of England, Jenny’s career began in Public Relations in London before transitioning to the United States, where she worked in movie production before relocating to Los Angeles in 2005 and shifting her focus to private service as a Personal Assistant and Estate Manager, working with high-profile families and estates. This hands-on experience in household management and operations laid the foundation for her deep expertise in managing complex, high-end estates.
Jenny’s evolution into staffing high-end homes and estates allowed her to integrate her comprehensive understanding of household dynamics with her passion for staff training and placement – driven by finding the perfect match! Her keen ability to assess both the qualifications of potential candidates and the specific needs of each household ensures the perfect fit for every role, guaranteeing excellence for clients in every aspect of estate management.
Heritage Estate Management offers bespoke services in year-round estate and project management, staff placement, structuring and training, as well as the creation and customization of operational manuals. Her innovative approach includes the launch of H.O.M.E. (Household Operations and Management E-System), a fully customizable house manual and operations app designed to enhance Heritage's service offerings and streamline estate management for her esteemed clientele.
Michael Huber - COO
Michael brings a wealth of business and financial expertise to the Heritage Estate Management (HEM) team, supporting the group with strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client-focused solutions. With a strong track record in business development and operations, he plays a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services across the organization.
Before joining HEM, Michael held leadership roles at prominent companies including Ticketmaster, Primesport, and On Location Experiences. His work in these fast-paced, high-profile environments sharpened his skills in partnership management, operational oversight, and revenue growth—experience he now applies to the personalized service model at HEM.
Michael graduated from UCLA in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and later earned his MBA from Loyola Marymount University in 2013. His combined background in communication, business, and finance allows him to navigate complex client needs with clarity, discretion, and precision.
