In addition to our rigorous preliminary in person interview, we carry out a full screening and verification process. 

We advise that initial interviews take place outside of the home and will ensure that the following have been completed prior to an in home trial with any candidate:

  • National criminal index background check

  • Social Security trace

  • Full reference checks

  • Driving record check

 

We offer a complementary consultation, whereby we visit you to discuss what your staffing needs are in depth and work with you to devise and implement a fully comprehensive staffing and home management plan.  

Once we identify the position details, we can start to match you with potential candidates and arrange initial interviews.  We will present you with a customized, detailed job description, for your approval, in order that every applicant is fully informed of the scope and expectations of the role and further ensuring the perfect, long term match. 

Should you wish, once the chosen candidate has a start date, we can provide full hand over assistance to help set the candidate up for success from day one.
